Terms of Use & Service Agreement

🔑 License Terms

StructurePrime is construction site management software developed and licensed by Arı Bulut Depolama Bilişim.

• The app is activated with a valid license key. Each license may be used concurrently on the specified number of devices (7 devices by default).
• License keys are personal and may not be transferred, sold or shared with third parties.
• All app updates and new features are provided free of charge for the duration of the license.
• When the license expires, the app switches to read-only mode; access to your existing data is preserved, but entering new records is blocked.

💳 Subscription & Payment

StructurePrime is offered on a subscription basis through the Google Play Store.

• Subscription periods may be monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app and on the Play Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. Cancellation must be made through the Play Store.
• A free trial period may be offered; if cancelled within the trial period, no charge is made.
• Refund requests are subject to Google Play Store policies.

☁️ Cloud Site (Cloud Sync)

The Cloud Site feature synchronizes site data across multiple devices.

• Data ownership: The user who creates a Cloud Site holds the "Administrator" role and is authorized to manage all connected users.
• Connection management: Other users join via a QR code or connection details. The Administrator may block or remove users.
• Administrator transfer: The Administrator role may be transferred to a connected, active user. After the transfer, the former administrator's connection is terminated automatically.
• Data synchronization: Each user may configure separately which data categories to upload or download. In case of conflict, the last-write-wins principle applies.
• Web panel: Administrators may view cloud data from a web browser after pairing via QR code.

💾 Data Storage & Backup

StructurePrime stores your data primarily locally on your device.

• Local storage: All site data (timesheets, work progress, finance, materials, etc.) is kept in JSON format in your device's internal storage.
• JSON backup: From the Backup screen in the app, you can export all of your data as a single JSON file (Export). Keeping this file in a safe place protects you against data loss.
• Restore: You can restore your data by importing (Import) a JSON backup file you previously exported, from within the app.
• Photo evidence: Photos taken with the digital evidence feature are stored on the device together with signed metadata. This data is not uploaded to the server.

📐 Rules of Use

• The app may be used solely for construction and site management purposes.
• Reverse engineering the app, or extracting, copying or distributing its source code to third parties, is strictly prohibited.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to content protected by a license key may result in legal action.
• The license may be revoked in case of malicious use of the app (generating fake data, misleading reporting, etc.).

The StructurePrime brand, logo, design, source code and all content belong to Arı Bulut Depolama Bilişim. All rights reserved.

Data entered into the app by users (site information, photos, financial records) belongs entirely to the user. StructurePrime does not share this data with third parties in any way.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided "as is". Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
• StructurePrime cannot be held liable for damages arising from data loss, device failure or user error.
• No liability is accepted for data inconsistencies that may arise from connection interruptions or synchronization delays in the Cloud Site service.
• Reports and calculations produced by the app are for information purposes only and do not constitute official documents.

These terms of use may be updated without prior notice. The current terms are always published on this page. Your continued use of the app means that you accept the current terms.
