Delete your StructurePrime account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. No longer have the app? Send us the request from this page. Below: what is deleted, what is kept, and for how long.
This page is for the StructurePrime app, run by Arı Bulut Depolama Bilişim ve Ticaret A.Ş. and listed on Google Play as “SP StructurePrime”.
In the app
You need to be signed in to your StructurePrime account. It takes a minute.

Open Settings
Tap Menu, then Settings — or tap your initials at the top of the home screen.

Tap “Delete account”
Your account is the first card in Settings; Delete account is right below it.

Type DELETE
Type DELETE in the box and tap Delete account. The app shows the date your account will be deleted.
If you own a team
When a team workspace you own still has other members, the app asks you to hand it over first: Menu → Synchronization → Team, tap a member, then Transfer ownership.
If you pay for Premium
Deleting the account does not cancel the Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
If you change your mind
Sign in again within 30 days and the deletion is cancelled. Memberships in other teams stay removed.
What is deleted, what is kept
Counted from the day you confirm the deletion.

No longer have the app?
Send the request from here, with the e-mail address of your StructurePrime account — the one you sign in with. Before we delete anything we write to that address to make sure the account is yours. We answer within 30 days at the latest.
