What it does for you on site
Why it matters
Damaged deliveries, faulty workmanship, safety breaches — take a photo. It is saved with GPS location, exact date and time and a digital signature. "That photo is old" or "that was somewhere else" becomes very hard to argue — and so do "I didn't build it like that" and "it wasn't broken".
Time and money
In a dispute, records matter. If part of a delivery arrives damaged, a dated photo with its location lets you raise it with the supplier on the spot. A signed, server-timestamped record is something you can present as evidence — far stronger than memory or an unlabelled photo.
