Technical Staff

• Samples

Record concrete and rebar samples with class, diameter, count, photos and GPS location. Linked to your building inspection firm and laboratory.

• Sample Results

Record concrete cube/cylinder crushing results at 7 and 28 days, with automatic pass/fail assessment against the concrete class.

• Core Testing

Document concrete core sampling, lab results and engineering decisions — a clear record of the decision process when strength is low.

• Laboratories

Keep details of the labs you work with — accreditation status, services offered and contacts.

• Building Inspection

Keep your building inspection firm's details on hand — licence number, inspecting engineer, supervising engineer and contacts.

• Quality Control

Photo-based defect logging with severity, location, assignee and resolution tracking. Catch defects and stop them recurring.

• Concealed Works Records

Document concealed works — foundations, waterproofing, reinforcement and more — with photos and quantities before they are covered up. Critical for progress payments and inspections.

• Digital Evidence

Photo + GPS location + timestamp + RSA digital signature: a tamper-evident, server-timestamped record you can present as evidence.
