What it does for you on site
Why it matters
Did those 50 bags of cement actually go from Site A to Site B? Which truck, who took them, when? It is all on record. Materials "evaporating" between sites becomes much harder.
Time and money
Uncontrolled transfers between sites are a common way for materials to go missing. When every movement is recorded, it is clear where things went — and much harder for them to disappear.
